Overall Objective:
We aim to build up the provincial motor vehicle exhaust monitoring system (environmental monitoring system phase II), standardize the exhaust detection protocol, and automatically monitor inspection quality, environmental signs approval issuance, regional restrictions, etc. There will be the effective management of inspection and regulatory data, and real-time grasp of various vehicle use conditions and pollutant emissions.
